M. Sc. Sophia Dinges

Sophia studied Nutrition Science (B.Sc.) and Movement and Health Science (M.Sc) at the Technical University of Munich. Since 2018, she has been working as a research assistant at the Department of Prevention, Sports Medicine and Sports Cardiology (Prof. Dr. Martin Halle) at the University Hospital Klinikum rechts der Isar. There she gained experience in planning, organising and conducting clinical lifestyle intervention trials. Since 2021, she has also been part of Prof. Susanna Hofmann's lab at Helmholtz Munich to combine clinical with basic research in joint projects between the two groups.
In iMAGO, Sophia coordinates the implementation of the individual research projects within ongoing clinical exercise interventions trials.
