M.Sc. Alina Peteranderl

PhD candidate

Alina Peteranderl joined the research unit iMAGO in June 2022.

She studied Bioscience at the Julius-Maximilians University of Würzburg focusing on Neurobiology. During her PhD she will focus on “Meal-associated metabolic responses in brown adipose tissue and skeletal muscle related to weight loss”. She brings a lot of expertise and knowledge in the field of the gastrointestinal tract and the immunological and neuropeptide processes in the body
